Devised the UK's first digital accelerator programme to support non-profits. It helps them identify gaps in their service provision and then in deploying creative uses of technology to fill the need. Oversee product leads deliver this programme – 11 charities have benefitted to date over 16 months.

Planned and facilitated a series of idea-generation workshops with employees from across the organisation to gather responses to shifting trends in the media landscape. Identified the most promising ideas and fleshed them out for further development. Wrote the plan to role out the workshops as a regular digital innovation initiative within the organisation.
Ran a series of two week innovation sprints to understand how ‘nudges’ could be deployed in the branch environment to encourage adoption of digital channels. Managed a team of designers, developers and motion graphics artists to rapidly prototype approaches and test in the target environment with customers.
Using grounded theory, synthesised customer interviews from four countries into a customer experience needs map for Clubcard programme directors. Developed a process to capture and create a 360o service ecology map of Clubcard – the first in its 20 year history. Devised, prototyped and tested with customers new approaches to distributing Clubcard loyalty rewards in store.
Task Squad, vinspired
Designed a platform for the youth volunteering charity to extend their services into paid work placements for their 100,000 young volunteers. Task Squad was shortlisted for the Google Global Impact Challenge Award and awarded £100,000. Grant funded initially, Task Squad reached profitability within three years of launch subsequently becoming a revenue generating arm to the charity.

Designed all brand materials and managed the digital aspects of the UK’s first solely online coffee subscription business. Oversaw logistics and devised processes to manage 14 suppliers to ensure the coffee was delivered on time every month. Grew the company to multiple-thousands of subscribers and sold the business to Cafédirect in 2014.
