Designing digital products that impact how people live and work

I'm a designer who's consulted for all sorts of organisations; from global corporates and national SMEs to charities and startups.

I mostly work on early stage product and service innovation. I like speaking to real people about the problems they face and digging into organisations to understand how they work.

By combining these lessons with novel applications of design and technology I make new digital products that help people, provide a meaningful service and 'shift the needle' for the organisation.

How? Through the application of problem-solving approaches and design techniques learned and deployed over 100s of successful projects delivered to dozens of clients over nearly two decades.

…excellent – calm, intelligent, added loads of value to our processes, everyone sang his praises. 10/10 would hire again.
